Join me at Pulse Pilates for their Open House Event—they will be showcasing their favorite local businesses and having a morning of movement. Pilates starts at 9:30; Vendors open at 10:30. Sous La Lune will be doing lymphtic brush demos and giveaways.
NOVEMBER 15 11-1 @ JAX YOGA
Join us for an immersive workshop devoted to supporting lymphatic flow from head to toe. We will look at the lymphatic system and simple practices you can incorporate into your everyday life. Wendy will lead us through a feel-good lymphatic movement practice incorporating mini trampolines, yoga, and breath designed to encourage circulation and movement throughout the body. Chanel will bring focus to the face, teaching you about facial lymphatic drainage and guiding you through a hands-on practice using your own lymphatic facial tool.
You will leave with practical rituals you can use at home, plus your own beautiful, elevated lymphatic tool to continue your practice.
$144 investment includes: Full-body lymphatic health workshop with Wendy; guided mini trampoline + yoga flow; facial lymphatic health workshop with Chanel; guided lymphatic drainage practice; lymphatic tool ($70 value); dry brushing demo + dry brush; lymph supportive tea and electrolyte drink; take home practices for creating your own ritual.
Additional facial and body lymphatic tools will be available for purchase at the event.
NOVEMBER 19 + DECEMBER 10 @ 5PM
Guided meditation + Sound Healing + Acupuncture. This 1+ hour long session is used to huide your senses and mind to places of resonance that bring a connection back to your being.

Beginning with the Wheel of the Year, we’ll move through the seasons together — exploring the turning points of the earth, the stories and traditions behind the sabbats, simple seasonal practices, reflection, and ways to bring more intention into everyday life.
There is no schedule to keep and no pressure to do it all. Join whenever you feel called, move at your own pace, and take what speaks to you.
Each season offers something different to notice, celebrate, release, and begin again.
The Ritual Year is completely free.

MAGIC SCHOOL
A five-week journey into the foundations of magic
Curious about magic but don't know where to begin?
Magic School is a five-week online course designed to give you a grounded foundation in magical practice — from the history and traditions that shaped it to the tools, symbols, and practices you can begin exploring for yourself.
Together, we'll explore intention, the moon, crystals, herbs, candles, correspondences, divination, intuition, ritual, and creating your own magical practice.
You don't need to know anything before you begin. You don't need a perfect altar, a collection of crystals, or any special tools.
Just come curious.
You'll learn, explore, practice, and begin creating a relationship with magic that feels personal, intentional, and entirely your own.
